At ORAN Auto we manufacture metal components for medium and large sized bodies. Services offered include stamping, welding and assembly, cataphoresis coating and machining. At our 40,000 m2 facility in Santander, we have robotic tandem stamping lines up to 3,200 aggregate tons (1,200 tons header), flexible resistance welding and assembly capabilities, a cataphoresis coating facility and a fully equipped die shop.
In the die-making and machining area, we have 3 Zayer bridge milling machines with up to 6m table and 2 Zayer gantry machining centers with up to 5m. For serial machining projects we have a GROB G350. In the world of die/tooling: manufacturing, maintenance, corrections, quality returns, tune-ups and repairs. We also have IATF 16949:2016, ISO-9.001, ISO-14.001 certifications.
