The award was presented at a gala held at the Tres Reyes Hotel in Pamplona, attended by the President of Navarre, María Chivite, along with representatives from institutional and business sectors.
The jury highlighted Yolanda Torres’ leadership in a company that is an international benchmark in industrial automation and aerospace technology, where she has driven global expansion, technological innovation, and team cohesion across seven countries. Under her leadership, MTorres has experienced steady growth, doubling its revenue between 2021 and 2024 and strengthening its commitment to sustainability, equality, and talent development.
In her remarks, Torres emphasized the significance of the award, which coincides with the company’s 50th anniversary, founded by her father, Manuel Torres. “This recognition is the result of the team’s effort and the legacy that inspires us every day,” she said, reiterating her commitment to innovation and to the role of women in the economy.
In addition to her business work, Yolanda Torres promotes social and educational projects through the MTorres Foundation and participates in organizations such as COTEC, the Isaac Peral Foundation, and the Ilundáin Foundation, consolidating a strategic vision with social awareness.
