The Global Lite 7.7.5. CMM offers reliable and accurate three-dimensional inspections, features a reader with a maximum resolution of 0.1 μm and a high resolution scale of 0.039 μm; while also improving the efficiency of verification processes thanks to the option to automate these and perform batch executions. On the other hand, its XYZ measuring range (700 700 500 mm) fully adapts to the typology of parts and sets developed at Factor.
Additionally, the Manufacturing Intelligence Enhanced Productivity approach provides an overview of the processes, helping identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation in real time. The machine and its control software are already fully operational at the facilities, which will help them to gain a deeper understanding of the measurement data, and on that basis make key decisions to optimise manufacturing processes and offer considerable improvements to clients.
