NEW LASERTUBE LT LASER CUTTING EQUIPMENT FROM MET TECNO 2000

Met Tecno 2000 already has the new LaserTube LT5 laser cutting equipment. This machine is equipped with a fiber laser source that allows a wide variety of materials to be used. It also allows working at high speed and precision, offering high levels of productivity and a significant reduction in changeover time, which directly influences cost reduction. The machine's loader has a large capacity and allows the use of any type of tube. Each of them is measured during the preload phase, facilitating waste reduction and material optimization.

Met Tecno 2000 was founded in 2001 and focuses on the automobile sector. Their work focuses on cutting, perforating, calibrating, shaping, mono-expanding and bending of pipes for the manufacture of exhaust system components. In addition, they perform perforation work on steel strips. Production focuses mainly on the automotive sector, with their main clients being Bosal, Faurecia, Tenneco or Turbokit. In addition to Spain, they supply a variety of manufacturing plants in the European Union. They are still in the growth phase and all of their products are manufactured according to Standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009.
