The Guipuzcoan company Perihortz, specialized in custom machining based on drawings and samples across a wide range of materials, continues to strengthen its commitment to technological innovation through the incorporation of a new 5-axis machine and its investment in additive manufacturing.
With nearly three decades of experience, the firm based in Elgoibar has made innovation the cornerstone of its growth. “We continuously invest in state-of-the-art machinery and systems to remain competitive in an increasingly demanding market,” says Iñaki Iriondo, the company’s manager.
The new 5-axis machine represents a significant step forward in production capacity and precision, while the recent investment in 3D printing equipment using Multi Jet Fusion technology —capable of working with PA12 and PA12FR materials, the latter being flame-retardant— enables the company to offer faster, more personalized, and innovative solutions to its clients.
Looking ahead, the company plans to continue advancing the automation of its processes to increase efficiency, strengthen its quality standards —such as ISO certification— and consolidate the 5S methodology, which is key to continuous improvement and safety within its facilities.
